Description of key information
The biodegradability of the test item was assessed in a manometric respirometry experiment in accordance with the OECD Test Guideline 301 F. In this study, the test item was not considered to be readily biodegradable under the test conditions. A mean total of 35.1% degradation was achieved by Day 28.
In addition, a closed bottle test according to the OECD Test Guideline 301D was performed with the analogue 2-Phenoxyethyl Prop-2-enoate, CAS No. 48145-04-6. The biodegradation level reached 22.3% by Day 28.
