Conclusions:
Combustion Number 2 can be assigned to the substance: no ignition
The substance does not have to be classified as a “readily combustible solid”, class 4.1, of the transport regulations.
The substance does not have to be classified as a “flammable solid” according to EU-GHS/CLP.
The substance does not have to be classified as a “highly flammable solid” according to EG 440/2008.
Executive summary:

The substance was tested for flammability according to VDI 2263 sheet 1.

At ambient temperature the product burned locally with a flame during the ignition source (flame or hot wire) was applied. When the ignition source was removed the combustion extinguished. A propagation of the combustion was not observed. The product did not melt. The combustion behaviour of the product at ambient temperature is characterized by the burning index BZ 2 (brief ignition and rapid extinction). Due to the fact that no propagation of the combustion was observed the burning rate had not to be determined.
