Additional information

Considering the low water solubility (0.3 mg/L) and low volatilization potential (vapour pressure: < 0.39 Pa at 20 °C) of 5-[C11-12 (branched) alkyl]-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde oxime, in combination with its potential for adsorption to solid particles (log Koc = 4.4), the substance will tend to be mainly distributed into the soil and sediment compartments. Due to its low biodegradability, persistence in these compartments is expected.
