Additional information

The substance was tested for its acute toxicity to Daphnia magna. according to OECD202 and EPA 540/985005.

The EC 50 values was estimated to be >100 mg/l for 24 hours exposure.

At 48 hours of exposure the Logit model was used to assess EC50. The result was a value of 63.7 mg/l.

A test on similar substance 01, to be used in read across, is available. The similar substance 01 was tested for 48 hours on Daphnia magna Straus 1820 according to the Guideline 92/69/EEC C.2. The EC50 values based on measured concentrations are:

EC 50 (48 h) calculated : 17 mg/L

EC 50 (24 h): 42 mg/L
