Description of key information

Acute aquatic toxicity on Daphnia of the target chemical was estimated by using the following predictors: VEGA EPA model and ECOSAR.The predictors were employed in order to apply a weight of evidence approach to enhance the reliability of the predictions. In the weight of evidence assessment only reliable predictions are to be taken into account.VEGA prediction was assessed as low reliable, while predictions provided by ECOSAR are not supported by a specific parameter for reliability.

The weight of evidence assessmentled to a48-h LC50prediction for acute aquatic toxicity in Daphnia equal to 160.25 mg/L. Theweight of evidence prediction was assessed as low reliable.
