Memo: Formation by Biotransformations
RS-Freetext:
Biotransformation of 2,4-Dichlorotoluene (2,4-DCT) and
3,4-DCT resulted predominantly in the formation of
4-chlorotoluene (the metabolites 2-CT and 3-CT,
respectively, occurred at minor concentrations).
Further dechlorination of 4-CT was evident from toluene
formation.
