The results of the static method for the test item are given in Table 1. The equation of the curve was: log PT,20 = -1587 X 1/T + 6.55 (r = 0.9993, n = 10).

The vapour pressure of the test item at 20°C and 25°C were determined as the mean values obtained with Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 and are given in Table 2.

Conclusions:
The static method was applied for the determination of the vapour pressure of 1,2-dichloro-1-[difluoro(trifluoromethoxy)methoxy]-1,2,2-trifluoroethane.
The vapour pressure of the test item at 20°C (293K) and 25°C (298K) was 14 kPa and 17 kPa respectively.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of 1,2-dichloro-1-[difluoro(trifluoromethoxy)methoxy]-1,2,2-trifluoroethane (CAS 874288 -98 -9) was determined using the static method according to the OECD guideline 104 "Vapour Pressure", March 23, 2006. the study was performed in compliance with GLP principles.

The vapour pressure of the test item at 20°C (293K) and 25°C (298K) was 14 kPa (equivalent to 1.0 x 10E2 mm Hg) and 17 kPa (1.3 x 10E2 mm Hg), respectively.

Description of key information

One reliable study (Klimisch 1) is available. The vapour pressure of the test item have been determined with the static method according to recognized guidelines (EU Method A.4, OECD Guideline 104 and EPA OPPTS 830.7950) and under GLP. No deviation from the gudieline have been observed during the test.
