Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The melting point of the test substance was determined to be <-20°C. The boiling point of the test substance was determined to be 220.3°C (493.5 K). The average relative density and density of the test substance were determined to be 0.9564 ± 0.0002 and 0.9547 ± 0.0002 g/mL at 20°C, respectively.

The test substance was determined to be a Newtonian fluid. The viscosity of the test substance at 20.0 ± 0.0°C was determined to be 1,031 ± 3 cP and 1,033 ± 4 cP at 1.0 and 2.0 rpm, respectively, while the viscosity at 40.0 ± 0.0°C was determined to be 263 ± 2 cP and 257.3 ± 1.1 cP at 1.0 and 2.0 rpm, respectively.

The flash point was determined to be 174.9 ± 1.2°C.

The water solubility was estimated by using three quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) methods. The water solubility was not able to determine experimentally. The results of these estimations were 0.00001666 mg/L from EPI Suite, 0.02531 mg/L (ALOGpS) and 0.01671 mg/L (AC_logS) from ALOGPS, and 0.0000477 mg/L from SPARC.

The vapor pressure estimates from the two QSAR methods conducted were as follows. EPI Suite estimated the vapor pressure as 0.000000000000156 Pa, SPARC estimated the vapor pressure as 0.00000000000164 Pa.
