Only validated data for copepods are available. This data indicate that Phosphine is also very toxic for this terrestrial organisms which are usually the target of Phosphine biocidal treatment. Considering these studies, the most sensitive species to Phosphine fumigant is the copepod C. chinensis, with a LD50 (24h) = 6.76 µg PH3/L.

The other non validated data, indicate that low toxicity was expected to earthworms or terrestrial microorganisms.
