Description of key information

Cross reading from related test substance: The 48 – hr-acute toxicity to Daphnia magna was studied under static conditions. Daphnids were exposed to control and test chemical at a measured concentration of 0.98 g/L 48 hr. Immobilization and sublethal effects were observed daily.
No Immobilation was observed at the tested concentration. The 48 – hr EC50 is therefore > to 0.98 g/L. No sublethal effects were observed.
Based on the results of this study the test substance would not be classified as toxic to Daphnia magna in accordance with existing classification systems of the European Union.
