According to the test guideline, the repeatability of the three assays should be < 15 %. The relative standard deviation was found to be 0.8 %. Thus, the acceptance criterium was fulfilled and the saturation was achieved after 24 hours. Therefore, the study is valid. The R² fit of the calibration curve used was 0.9996. This reflects the linearity of the analytical system within the calibration range of 4.68 – 30.9 mg test item/L.

Conclusions:
During this study, the water solubility of the test was determined at 20°C at a mean pH value of 3.8 using the shake flask method. The water solubility was found to be 3018 mg/L ± 25 mg/L according to OECD 105.
