Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Results

During the cooling phase, no thermal effects were observed down to a temperature of -100 °C. Therefore, the test item has no freezing or melting point down to -100 °C under atmospheric pressure. At room temperature, the test item is a liquid.

Final Results

The test item has no melting point down to a temperature of -100 °C at atmospheric pressure (1005 hPa) as determined by differential scanning calorimetry according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.1. and OECD Test Guideline 102 (1995).

Conclusions:
A melting point value of <-100 °C (at 1005 hPa) was determined for the test substance according to E.U. Method A.1.

Description of key information

Melting point: <-100 °C at 1013 hPa (EU Method A.1., differential scanning calorimetry)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

A melting point value of <-100 °C (at 1013 hPa) was determined for the test substance according to E.U. Method A.1.
