Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Key result
Type:
log Pow
Partition coefficient:
5.6 - 5.7
Temp.:
20 °C
Remarks on result:
other: pH not measured
Details on results:
A calibration plot of log10k versus log10Pow was constructed for the reference standards. The logarithms of the capacity factors for the test substance were then calculated and the log10Pow values were determined by interpolation.
The two main components of LZ1554 were thus determined to have log10Pow values of 5.6 and 5.7 respectively (equivalent Pow values of 4.1 x E5 and 5.6 x E05).

log10Powwasdetermined in duplicate which gave results of 5.6 and 5.7 for both sample sets.

Conclusions:
The substance LZ1554 was found to have log Pow values ranging from 5.6 to 5.7 at 20 °C.
Executive summary:

The partition coefficient was determined in a GLP-compliant study according to OECD guideline. no. 117 and EC method A.8, applying the HPLC- method. The substance LZ1554 was found to have log Pow values ranging from 5.6 to 5.7.

Description of key information
