Conclusions:
Self-heating is a CLP endpoint and requires performance of the UN N.4 test. The substance is a liquid at room temperature. The UN test cannot be performed with a liquid substance. In accordance with the Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment Chapter R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance (version 2.0, Nov 2012, p85), self heating is not required for liquids. In general liquids are not classified as self-heating.
