Additional information

The determination was carried out by HPLC method. The retention time of the test item was larger than the retention time of the reference compound, DDT (logKow= 6.2).

In addition the partion coefficient of test substance has been estimated based on fragment method using KOWWIN (v1.68) module of software EPI Suite and yields a logPow value of 8.6 at 25°C. The estimate value may be less accurate as the molecular weight is within the range of validation set, but not within the training set.
