Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The substance has been evaluated to possess no oxidizing and no explosive properties, based on structural features (see endpoints 4.14 and 4.15). The substance is not an organic peroxide. Based on the TGA/DSC experiments (see endpoint 4.2) and the auto-flammability test (see endpoint 4.12) the substance is not expected to be thermally unstable. Furthermore, the substance does not contain chemical groups indicating self-reactive properties (see Table A6.2 in UN ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.5: Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, Appendix 6 "Screening procedures" (2009)). From this it is concluded that the substance does not have to be classified for the CLP hazard class 'self-reactive substances' and testing for self-reactivity is not required.
