Description of key information
A calculation based on the measured solubilities in water and octanol could not be performed in absence of conclusive data on water solubility (Laus 2014).

As it was not possible to use the HPLC or the stirring method to assess the logPow of the test substance, a calculation based on solubilities in octanol and water was chosen as alternative. As it was not possible to assess the water solubility, no value for logPow could be derived. Therefore the logPow of NaDNNSA is calculated from its solubility in octanol (528.3 g/L) and the water solubility estimate based on the experimental value from DNNSA, leading to a logPow of 6.4.
