Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Vapour pressure:
1) 0.003 mbar (20°C, peer-reviewed internet database)
2) QSAR estimation, MPBPWIN v1.43 (EPIWIN software) by US-EPA
- 18.7 Pa (Antoine Method) = 0.187 mbar
- 27.4 Pa (Mackay Method) = 0.274 mbar
- 16.3 Pa (Modified Grain Method) = 0.163 mbar
3) 0.111 Torr (25°C, QSAR estimation, ACD Labs software v11.02, Authoritative secondary source) = 0.148 mBar

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.003 hPa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The key value for chemical safety assessment was chosen as 0.003 mbar, as this value was derived from a peer-reviewed database, presumably experimental, whereas the other calculated values are several magnitudes higher, clearly indicating that despite their consistency QSAR estimation is less relevant for this substance.
