Executive summary:

Toxicity study of p-Anisidine in Oryzias latipes was conducted under flow –through condition for an exposure period of 14 and 21 days at dose concentrations of 0, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 mg/L.

LC50 values of p-Anisidine in Oryzias latipes were found to be >100mg/l for 14 days and 70.7mg/l for 21 days based on effect on mortality while NOEC was found to be 12.5mg/l for 21 days exposure.
