First-aid measures

Remove contaminated clothing immediately.

After inhalation:

If difficulties occur after inhalation of vapor / aerosol: fresh air, seek medical attention.

After skin contact:

Wash thoroughly with soap and water.

After eye contact:

Immediately rinse thoroughly under running water with eyelids held open  for at least 15 minutes, eye doctor.

After swallowing:

Rinse mouth immediately and drink plenty of water, seek medical attention.

Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed

Symptoms:. The most important known symptoms and effects are described in the labeling and toxicological profil ; other important symptoms and effects are so far not known.

Indication of immediate medical attention and special treatment

Treatment: Treat according to symptoms (decontamination, vital functions), no known specific antidote.

Fire-fighting measures

extinguishing agents

Suitable extinguishing media:

Water spray, dry chemical, foam

Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture Hazards

harmful vapors

Evolution of fumes / fog. The above substances / groups of substances may be released during a fire.

Advice for firefighters:

special protective equipment:

Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.

For more information:

Risk is governed by the burning substance and the fire conditions. Contaminated extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with official regulations.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures

Use personal protective clothing. Respiratory protection is required.

Environmental protection measures

keep separate contaminated water / firefighting water. Don’t release to groundwater/ into drains / surface water.

Methods and material for containment and cleaning

for large quantities : Pump off product:.

For residues: Pick up with suitable absorbent material. Dispose of the material collected according to regulations.

Reference to other sections

Information for limiting exposure controls / personal protection and disposal considerations can be found in exposure controls/personal protection

Handling and storage

Precautions for safe handling

no special measures required under intended use.

Fire and explosion protection:

Take precautionary measures against static discharges.

Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities

Further information about storage conditions: Keep container tightly closed and dry, store in a cool place.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Limiting and exposure controls / personal protection

Control parameters

Ingredients with occupational exposure limits to be monitored:

No known to occupational exposure limits.

Limiting and monitoring exposure

Personal protective equipment

Respiratory protection:

Suitable respiratory protection for lower concentrations or short-term exposure: gas filter for organic gases / vapors (boiling point> 65 ° C, eg EN 14387 Type A).

Protection of hands:

Chemical resistant protective gloves (EN 374)

Suitable materials for short-term contact or splashes (recommended: at least protection index 2, corresponding to> 30 minutes permeation time as per EN 374)

Butyl rubber (butyl) - 0,7 mm thickness

Nitrile rubber (NBR) - 0.4 mm thickness

Supplementary note: The specifications are based on own tests, literature data and information of glove manufacturers, or is derived by analogy with similar substances. It should be noted that the practical usage of a chemical-protective glove in practice due to many influencing factors (eg temperature) may be much shorter than the permeation time determined through testing.

Due to the large variety of instructions, the manufacturer must be observed.

Eye protection:

Safety glasses with side-shields (frame goggles) (eg EN 166)

Body protection:

Body protection must be chosen depending on activity and possible exposure, eg Apron, protecting boots, chemical-protection suit (according to EN 14605 in case of splashes or EN ISO 13982 in case of dust)

General protective and hygiene measures

The usual precautions for handling chemicals should be observed. In addition to the stated personal protection equipment Wearing of closed work clothing is required.

Stability and reactivity

No hazardous reactions if the regulations / notes for storage and handling are considered.

chemical Stability:

The product is stable if the regulations / notes for storage and handling are considered.

Possibility of hazardous reactions:

No hazardous reactions when stored and handled prescribed.

Conditions to avoid:

Refer to condition within handling and storage

Incompatible Materials

Materials to avoid:

Disposal considerations

Waste treatment methods

Must be in compliance with local regulations, such as a suitable disposal site or incineration plant, respectively.

Contaminated packaging:

Uncontaminated packaging can be re-used.

Contaminated packaging must be disposed of like the product.
