Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation of aerosol/vapour/dust: Take the patient into the fresh air; if there is difficulty in breathing, medical advice is required.
Skin contact:
After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If skin reactions occur, contact a physician.
Eye contact:
Contamination of the eyes must be treated by thorough irrigation with water, with the eyelids held open. A doctor (or eye) specialist should be consulted immediately.
Ingestion:
If product is swallowed, make the patient drink water. Wash out mouth repeatedly. Do not induce vomiting. In any case consult a physician.
Fire-fighting measures

Specific hazards:
In the event of fire be aware of formation of noxious fumes.
Special protective equipment:
Firemen must wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Further information:
Cool endangered containers with water. Make provision for product and fire-fighting water to be retained.
Accidental release measures
Use personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothes. Avoid breathing dust.
Environmental precautions:
Should not be released into the environment. Prevent formation of dust deposits and whirling-up of dust.
Methods for cleaning up:
Take up mechanically, fill into labelled, closable containers. Dispose of in accordance with regulations.
Handling and storage
Avoid contact with the skin and the eyes.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Precautions should generally be taken against electrostatic charges according to the equipment used and the way the product is handled and packaged.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Respiratory protection: Respiratory protection: In case of dust formation particle filter, e.g. DIN 3181 P 2.
Hand protection: Chemical-resistant protective gloves according to DIN/EN 374 are recommended.
In the event of contamination, change protective gloves immediately.
Eye protection: goggles/face protection
Body Protection: Wear suitable protective clothing.
Hygiene measures: Remove all contaminated clothing immediately. Avoid contact with the skin and the eyes. Avoid breathing dust. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of workday. Keep working clothes separately.
Environmental exposure controls
General advice: Should not be released into the environment. Prevent formation of dust deposits and whirling-up of dust.
Stability and reactivity
Chemical stability: Stable under recommended storage conditions.
Hazardous reactions: No dangerous reaction known under conditions of normal use.
Materials to avoid: None known.
Hazardous decomposition products: 135 °C or higher
No hazardous decomposition products when stored and handled correctly. Formation of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides, amines, boron trifluoride, hydrogen fluoride and other toxic gases in the event of fire or during thermal decomposition.
No hazardous reactions when used as directed.
Disposal considerations
Dispose in accordance with applicable international, national and local laws, ordinances and statutes. For disposal within the EC, the appropriate code according to the European Waste Catalogue (EWC) should be used.
Contaminated packaging:
After containers have been emptied as thoroughly as possible (e.g. by pouring, scraping or draining until "drip-dry"), they can
be sent to an appropriate collection point set up within the framework of the existing take-back scheme of the chemical industry.Containers must be recycled in compliance with national legislation and environmental regulations.
