This end point was considered for waiver since direct or indirect exposure to the soil compartment is highly unlikely; give the use of this chemical as, in metal decorative paints, automotive coatings and latex paint; plastic coloring shows excellent thermal stability, light fastness, also used for a variety of inks, a good solvent resistance, heat resistance and sterilization treatment; art paint, solvent-based wood coloring. Hence, it is expected that toxicity to the soil macro-organisms with the chemical is unlikely.
