Similar substance 1 was tested for the ready biodegradation potential according to the OECD Guideline 301F. Under test conditions, no biodegradation was observed (-5 % after 28 days, based on the DOC-removal), thus also Acid Brown 349 resulted as not readily biodegradable for read across and according to the results of the QSAR predictions.
