Conclusions:
The surface tension of IFF 09-0035 has been determined for a 90% saturated solution to be 59.7 mN/m at 20°C according to OECD TG 115 (Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions) and EC method A5 using OECD harmonised ring method in compliance with GLP. According to EC method A5, the substance is considered to be surface active because the value is less than 60 mN/m.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of IFF 09-0035 has been determined for a 90% saturated solution to be 59.7 mN/m at 20°C according to OECD TG 115 (Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions) using OECD harmonised ring method.
