The chemical 3-hydroxy-4-{[2-methoxy-5-(phenylcarbamoyl)phenyl]diazenyl}-N-(3-nitrophenyl) -2-naphthamide (Common Name: C.I. Pigment Red 31) is used as coloring agent in paints, Ink and textile industry. For this use, surface activity is not desired property. Hence this study was considered for waiver.
