The method showed acceptable results for linearity, accuracy, precision and specificity and fulfilled all study plan requirements.

Tyndall-Effect checked results were all negative.

Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test item was determined at 20 ± 0.5°C to be 6.30 mg/L (pH 6.4).
Executive summary:

In the current study the water solubility of the test item was determined according to OECD 105, using flask method. The test was performed over 24, 48 and 72 hours and the average water solubility was calculated. The water solubility of the test item was determined at 20 ± 0.5°C to be 6.30 mg/L (pH 6.4).

6.3 mg/L at 20 °C (pH 6.4; OECD 105; shake flask method)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
6.3 mg/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

The water solubility of the test item was determined according to OECD 105, using flask method. The test was performed over 24, 48 and 72 hours and the average water solubility was calculated. The water solubility of the test item was determined at 20 ± 0.5°C to be 6.30 mg/L (pH 6.4). This corresponds to the supporting study, which indicated that the water solubility is < 10 mg/L.
