The method showed acceptable results for linearity, accuracy, precision and specificity and fulfilled all study plan requirements.

In the current study the water solubility of the test item was determined according to OECD 105, using flask method. The test was performed over 24, 48 and 72 hours and the average water solubility was calculated. The water solubility of the test item was determined at 20 ± 0.5°C to be 6.30 mg/L (pH 6.4).
