Maximum concentration not causing irritating effects in preliminary test: 50 %

Signs of irritation during induction:
Slight or moderate irritation was observed in test group
animals following intradermal induction.

Evidence of sensitisation of each challenge concentration:
5% w/v  - Net response: 35%

10% w/v - Net response: 40%

Other observations:
The test substance stained the skin of all test animals
following topical induction, but this did not prevent the
assessment of irritation.
