Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

Dermal absorption:

The EU RAR adopts the worst case mean total dermal absorption value of 40 % for assessment of risks where skin exposure to TCPP is likely.

Oral absorption:

The EU RAR adopts the worst case mean total oral absorption value of 80 % for assessment of risks where oral exposure to TCPP is likely.

Inhalation absorption:

The EU RAR adopts the worst case mean total inhalation absorption value of 100 % for assessment of risks where inhalation exposure to TCPP is likely

Metabolism:

TCPP is rapidly metabolised (approx 98%) with main metabolites being 0,0-[Bis(1-chloro-2-propyl)]-0-(2-propionic acid)phosphate, bis(1- chloro-2-propyl)monophosphoric acid and 1-chloro-2-propanol.
