The conjuctivae reactions observed during the study have been slight to moderate and totally reversible: a moderate redness noted 1 h after the test item instillation in all animals and totally reversible on Day 3, associated with a slight chemosis noted 1 h after the test item instillation in two animals and totally reversible on Day 1.
