Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

One GLP study according to OECD Guideline 202 was performed in order to investigate the toxicity of Y-15099 (CAS 220727-26-4) to aquatic invertebrates (Bätscher, 2001). The water flea, Daphnia magna, was exposed to filtered test solution of nominal 100 mg/L for 48 h. No effects on mobility and no mortality were observed resulting in an EC50 of > 100 mg/L. Chemical analysis of test solutions showed a drop of test item concentration in the test vessels (mean measured concentration: 0.046 mg/L) which is related to the hydrolytic instability of the test substance. Therefore, the hydrolytic degradation products were tested in this study as well.
