The reaction zone of all mixtures did not propagate over an initial distance of 30 mm. It is obvious that none of the test substance mixtures with cellulose burned all distance of 200 mm of the pile. Without flame, released white smoke.

Based on results obtained from train test, it is obvious that none of the test substance mixtures with cellulose burned all distance of 200 mm of the pile. Thus test substance, Direct Blue 85, shouldn´t be considered as a substance with oxidizing properties.

The oxidizing properties of test substance, Direct Blue 85, were determined. The procedure was performed according to the Method A.17 Oxidizing properties (Solids), Council Regulation (EC) No.440/2008, published in O.J.
