Conclusions:
The water solubility of the test substance was determined to be 2.89 mg/L (20 °C, pH 2.9).
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test substance was determined according to EU Method A.6 and OECD Guideline 105 by the flask method. Approx. 13 g/L in double distilled water was used as application dose, corresponding to 600 µL/test vessel. The study was conducted at 20 ± 0.5 °C. The test mixture replicates were preincubated at 30 ± 0.5 °C with constant stirring at approx. 300 rpm for 72, 48 and 24 h, respectively. After preincubation, the temperature was reduced to the test temperature of 20 ± 0.5 °C for 24 h with stirring at approx. 100 rpm. The samples were taken 24 h after reduction to the test temperature. Analytical quantification of the test substance was carried out via HPLC-DAD on a reversed phase analytical column. The water solubility of the test substance was determined to be 2.89 mg/L at 20 °C (pH 2.9).
