Description of key information
These physical chemical properties were not applicable to the test substance as the form and chemical structure of the substance showed no indication for this or induced studies for other topics that were appropriate for classifications in the regard of flammability.

Flammability
The test on the flammability (Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.10) was not performed as the test item is a liquid. For liquids the primary value for ease of ignition is the flash point conducted using Method A9 ‘Flash Point Method’ of Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008. The result of the Flash Point test is used to allocate a liquid substance into the appropriate flammability class. The substance has not to be classified as flammable liquid according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
Substances which, in contact with water, emit flammable gases
In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annex
VI and with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 Annex I section 2.12.4.1 The
classification procedure for this hazard class need not be applied if:
a) The chemical structure of the substance or mixture does not contain
metals or metalloids; or
b) Experience in handling and use shows that the substance or mixture
does not react with water, e.g. the substance is manufactured with water
or washed with water; or
c) The substance or mixture is known to be soluble in water to form a
stable mixture.
Based on the chemical structure water reactivety is not to be expected.
Thus, no study was conducted.
Pyrophoric properties
In accordance with section 2.9.4 Annex I of Regulation (EC) No
1272/2008 and ECHA guidance on the application of CLP Criteria section
2.10.4.2 the classification procedure for pyrophoric liquids need not to
be applied when experience in manufacturing or handling shows that the
substance or mixture does not ignite spontaneously when coming into
contact with air at normal temperatures. Based on the experience in
handling and use the substance is not known to ignite spontaneously when
coming into contact with air at normal temperatures. Thus, no study was
conducted and consequently the substance has not to be considered for
classification as pyrophoric liquid.
Self-heating substances
In accordance with ECHA guidance on the Application of the CLP
Criteria section 2.11.4.2 and ECHA guidance on IR/CSA chapter R.7a
section R7.1.10.7 the test does not to be conducted as in general
liquids are not classified as self-heating since the phenomena applies
only to solids and the test method is not applicable to liquids
according to guidance on the Application of the CLP Criteria section
2.11.4.2.
Organic peroxides
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 Annex I section
2.15.1 only organic peroxides have to be tested according to the UN-MTC,
Part II test series A-H. Based on the structure it can be concluded that
the substance is not an organic peroxide. Thus, no tests were conducted.
Justification for classification or non-classification
In accordance with Annex I, Section 2.1, Section 2.2, Section 2.3, Section 2.7, Section 2.9, Section 2.10 Section 2.11, Section 2.12 of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and UN GHS Rev 6 (2015) the substance has not to be classified as readily combustible solid in class 4 Division 4.1, self-heating substance in Class 4 Division 4.2, substances which in contact with water emit flammable gases in Class 4 Division 4.3, pyrophoric liquid, pyrophoric solid in class 4 Division 4.2, flammable gases in class 2 or as aerosol in class 2.
