Additional information

The short-term toxicity test of aquatic invertebrates (key_Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates_2015_RL1) performed according to OECD 202 (2004) and GLP was rated with RL=1 (reliable without restrictions) and used as key study.

The results indicate that the test item immobilised Daphnia magna with the following effect values (based on nominal concentrations):

- The 48-hour EC50 value was calculated to be 21.7 mg test item/L.

- The 48-hour NOEC was determined to be 10.0 mg test item/L.

- The 48-hour LOEC was determined to be 20.0 mg test item/L.
