Description of key information

The 48 h acute toxicity test to Daphnia magna revealed an EC0 value of 45.5 mg/L and an EC100 (both measured mean values) value of > 95.2 mg/L. The EC50 value was determined to be > 45.5 mg/L (measured mean value).

Additional information

The 48 h acute toxicity of the test item to Daphnia magna was studied under static conditions according to OECD 202 (2004) and EU method C.2. Daphnids were exposed to the test item at nominal concentrations of 25, 50 and 100 mg/L. An analytical monitoring was performed. The EC0 value was 45.5 mg/L (measured) and the EC100 was > 95.2 mg/L (measured). The EC50 was determined to be > 45.5 mg/L (measured).
