A surface tension value of 72.5 mN/m at 22.0 ± 0.5°C for a nominal 1.0 g/L solutions was determined for the test substance using a relevant test method and in compliance with GLP. The result is considered to be reliable.

A surface tension value of 72.5 mN/m at 22.0 ± 0.5°C for a nominal 1.0 g/L solution was determined for the submission substance using the ring method in accordance with OECD Test Guideline 115 and in compliance with GLP. The result is considered to be reliable. At the nominal concentration tested, it is expected that the measured surface tension is for the Gem Diol form of the submission substance.

A surface tension value of 33.6 mN/m for the neat product was reported for cyrene (Pers. comm). No further information is available and no reliability could be assigned.
