Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): decomposes
The solubility of sodium percarbonate in water is high, but the substance rapidly dissociates in water.
Executive summary:

Handbook data on the water solubility of sodium percarbonate is available and is regarded as reliable and critical information (OECD 2006). The water solubility of the substance at 20 °C and pH 10.4 to 10.6 is approximately 140 g/L. However, sodium percarbonate rapidly dissociates in water and forms hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate.
