Estimation of the Adsorption Coefficient (Koc) using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)

The partition coefficient was determined based on a calibration curve using 7 reference items.Two peaks were determined during the measurement of the test item.The retention time of the test material was determined to be for peak I 4.6 minutes and for peak II 5.5 minutes.
In conclusion the absorption coefficient of the test material was determined to be 2.1 and 2.2 using the HPLC method.Information on Registered Substances comes from registration dossiers which have been assigned a registration number.
