The study was performed according to the Corning Hezleton Definitive Protocol. The determination of the dissociation constat (pKa) was carried out by potentiometric titration.

It was not possible to calculatethe pKa value with any degree of accuracy because precipitation of the test substance occured. The color transition observed to occur between pH 10 and pH 12 inpure dioxane, indicated that the ionization values was probably close to pka ~ 11 in pure dioxane. Hence, it is estimated that the aqueous pKa ~ 10.5 +/- 0.5
