Hydrolysis:

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, section 9.2.2.1, a study on hydrolysis does not need to be conducted as all long-chain alkyl esters (C12 - C14) are readily biodegradable. Further the water solubility of the long-chain alkyl esters is very low (< 1 µg/L at 20 °C)
