The adsorption coefficient of the test substance on soil / Sewage sludge is estimated (OECD 121 and EU method C.19) as log Koc of 1.79 (pH neutral).

In general substances with a Koc <500 – 1000 L/kg are not likely sorbed to sediment (SETAC 1993). On this basis, the substance is expected to demonstrate high mobility in soil and medium to high mobility in sewage sludge.

From the Workshop on Sediment Toxicity Assessment at Renesse, Netherlands on 8-10 November 1993. Hill I, Mathiessen P, Heimbach F (eds).
