Description of key information

The test substance does not boil under the conditions of the test. The calculated boiling points were 793°C and 777°C for formula 1 and 2, respectively.

Additional information

In a GLP compliant study performed according to EC Method A.2, the boiling point of the test substance was determined experimentally and by calculation (RCC 2004). No boiling was observed below 400°C, but at about 180°C an exothermic reaction was observed. The calculated boiling points were 793°C and 777°C for formula 1 and 2, respectively. After the experiment, the sample lost about 28% of its mass and was a black powder.
