Description of key information

For the liquid state, the substance is has an auto-ignition temperature of 410°C according to the EU method A.15 . As consequence of the low melting point of the substance, auto flammability of the solid according to EU method A.16 can be excluded.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
410 °C

Additional information

With regard to the low melting point of Triallylcyanurate, the presence of auto flammability in the sense of the EU method A.16 can be excluded for the solid state. The same is true for the self-heating property: The substance has not to be regarded as self-heating according to the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging (CLP) of substances.

Because the substance is often handled as liquid, also the auto flammmability according to the EU method A.15. was measured
