According to Column 2 of REACH annex IX If there is no exposure of the soil, or the exposure is so low that no refinement of the PEClocal or PECregional, or PNECsoil organisms is required, then this test is not necessary.

According to equilibrium partitioning Fugacity model III, the soil % is 1.61%

In the case of readily biodegradable substances which are not directly applied to soil it is generally assumed that the substance will not enter the terrestrial environment and as such there is no need for testing of soil organism. FAME have a soil primary biodegradation of less than 2 days.

It is also assumed that soil exposure will not occur because there is no sludge application to land from exposed STPs and aerial deposition are negligible and the relevance of other exposure pathways such as irrigation and/or contact with contaminated waste is unlikely.

Exposure scenarios is indeed focused only on industrial application where all waste is sent to STP, where a 100% of degradation occurs
