A number of values are available for the water solubility of ethyl acetate in water from both original studies and handbook sources. Values are available at both 20 and 25 degC. They are reasonably consistent, with the values from original studies highly consistent. The value chosen for the key parameter is the most modern experimental study. Some of the differences in value may be due to different methods used. It should be noted that from the data available, the solubility of ethyl acetate declines slowly with increasing temperature.
