Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The log Koc was calculated to be >10 using EPIWin KOCWIN (v2.00): estimation using first-order Molecular Connectivity Index (MCI) and estimation using estimated or experimentally derived log Kow (BASF SE, 2017).

The substance is likely to occur as an uncharged molecule under environmentally relevant pH-ranges (pKa value ca. 11 -12). Considering that, this calculation refers to the uncharged molecule.

The substance is out of the applicability domain of the model, therefore, the exact KOC value might not be correct or have a higher uncertainty but the QSAR results give an indication of the high adsorption potential.

However, a log Koc of that value indicates that the tested substance binds tightly to soils and sediments and thus, the bioavailability and the overall exposure potential is reduced.
