Substance has shown to be thermally stable in presence of oxygen, oxidation starts at 489°C (for one type of White matte, later for others -see details in IUCLID 4.12). As a result from preliminary test and expert judgement, UN Transport test N1 could predict negative result (substance does not have "flammable properties")
