Conclusion on classification

According to regulation 1272/208/EC, MDA is classified as:

H411: toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

According to 67/548/EC, MDA is classified as:

R51/53: toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment.

Due to the data in this dossier the substances needs to be classified more stricter (H400/H410 accroding to 1272/208/EC and R50/53 according to 67/548/EC, respectively.).
