Additional information

C12-14 AO is hydrolytically stable. It has a low vapour pressure and is manufactured commercially as an aqueous solution. Atmospheric exposure to the substance will be low. The estimated half-life for photodegradation in air is < 5.2 h and hence the substance will have no effect on stratospheric ozone. The substance is not a potential greenhouse gas. Direct photolysis in water is not possible based on the absence of any significant absorbance at 290nm or above. No information is available with regards to phototransformation in soil.
