Description of key information
A vapour pressure study is not considered necessary for bentonite acid leached based on its melting point

In accordance with column 2 of Annex VII (required in Section 7.5) of REACH Regulation 1907/2006 the study does not need to be conducted if the melting point is above 300ºC. The melting point of bentonite acid leached is >450 ºC therefore the study is not required.
